The offices and conference rooms in the McDevitt Mediation Center were designed to ensure that you and your clients are made to feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the Mediation or Arbitration process, and that whatever is discussed within your conference room will not be overheard by others. In most cases, no parties to a Mediation will be seated in rooms that are adjacent to rooms occupied by other parties involved in your dispute.
When you and your clients enter our facility, you will be personally greeted by a staff member from our Center. After you sign-in on our intake form, you will be shown to a conference room chosen specifically for you.
Our Center is equipped with a full kitchen, where you and your clients are welcome to relax and help yourselves to snacks, water, coffee or soft drinks.
Each of our conference rooms is designed to provide comfort and privacy for attorneys and their clients throughout the Mediation or Arbitration process. Our rooms are equipped with comfortable, high-back executive chairs situated around large conference tables. You and your clients will have access to our telephone and complimentary wireless internet service (Wi-Fi). We will arrange teleconferencing if requested prior to your mediation session. Your conference room will be stocked with complimentary nutritious snacks, water, coffee and soft drinks.
